Ensure sustainable share growth of assigned products portfolio through customer insight, impactful marketing strategies and tactics, innovation and creativity, portfolio and product lifecycle management. Inspirational leadership, coaching and performance management of the Medical Representatives’ Team, excellent customer relations, adherence to high ethical and quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Budget responsibility for assigned products portfolio.
- Portfolio analysis, identification of growth drivers and investment priorities.
- Strategic marketing plans for key actively promoted products, including:
o Market research and analysis
o Patients and customers segmentation
o SWOT analysis, key issues
o Strategic objectives, positioning
o Key messages
o Branding: brand essence and visuals 
- Optimizing promotion mix and designing operational plan for all actively promoted products. 

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

- University Degree in Science (Pharmacy, Medical, Chemistry, Biology, Veterinary) and/ or Business
- Very good English language skills, fluent in Latvia
- 3–6 years’ operational experience in pharma business with focus on extensive product/ brand management including customer facing experience would be an advantage.
