We are seeking for a part-timer Marketing Assistant to strengthen our team.

Position Status: EXTERNAL

The purpose of the position is to provide basic marketing, administrative and organizational support to the Vision Care business unit in the Hungarian organization, in close cooperation with the product and marketing management and sales teams, for the smooth execution of the marketing plan and sales activities.

- Participate in the organization of international and national congresses (tasks from NSM´s, BUH´s PM´s and Marketing managers)
- Keep contact with the travel and event agencies
- Managing procurement activities, monitoring the process of the order
- Preparation of service agreements and contracts (tasks from NSM´s, BUH´s PM´s and Marketing managers)
- Preparing service agreement documents and addendums for signature
- Managing the marketing approvals
- Monitoring of local marketing storage
- Ad hoc administrative and clerical tasks as assigned. (i.e. redi-recting posts from the old address, translations, etc.)

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

-1-3 years experience as marketing and/or business assistant
- BA degree in marketing or economy or business administration

Required Competencies:
- Strong organizational skill
- The ability to follow up and manage project, execute in full extent
- High level of reliability
- Fast learning approach, individual learner
- Strong interpersonal and communicational skills
- Punctuality
- Hungarian native, English communication level
