1. Deliver, document and track training activities per applicable Standard Operating Procedures across 3 key areas in manufacturing (CMP, Fill & Pack – ROW/JP) 2. Collaborate with Manufacturing Managers and/or Training Department to establish a robust and effective Manufacturing Training and Qualification framework covering curriculum identification, determine content and training objectives according to job roles 3. Write training programs, including outline, text, handouts, and tests, and designs manufacturing training exercises according to organizational requirements. Coordinate the creation of new qualifications, review and assess current qualifications. 4. Administers written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance. 5. Create training scenarios, presentations, and worksheets etc, including, but not limited to: hands-on simulated scenarios, capturing video on work procedures, presentations regarding procedures, job expectations and regulatory requirements and general information intended to expedite development of manufacturing personnel. 6. Lead and/or coordinate technical training facilitation and qualification, with close coordination with production supervisors on resources commitment, timeline and availability. 7. Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed. Lectures class on safety, work processes & installation, programming, and use of and equipment, following outline, handouts and texts. 8. Produce monthly training calendar, training schedules and classroom agenda 9. Manage, track and coordinate annual & bi-annual qualifications across manufacturing. 10. Observe and evaluate results of training programs. Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements 11. Focus on need based training, so as to bridge the gap between SOP training, corporate, regulatory standards and practices with alignment from quality department to production operations and execution, that also include bridging the gap and driving improvement between manufacturing documentation of MBRs, checklists and logbook to execution. 12. Monitoring & compliance of training according to cGMP & regulatory norms. Perform compliance self- audits, as required 13. Responsible to plan and budget for yearly external training; Filter Operations, Scissor lift operations, Train the Trainer, Basic and Advance Excel and Supervisory course to cover the needs of the manufacturing team.

Minimum requirements
Minimum: Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering, Manufacturing or any discipline related to pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a cGMP pharmaceutical/biotech environment Proficient in English, written and spoken Minimum: 3 - 5 Years in Pharmaceutical or equivalent industry • Previous experience as Training Coordinator and/or Trainer preferred • Ability to relay technical information in a concise and simple format for trainees • Possess good interpersonal and strong written/verbal communication skills. • Highly motivated and detail oriented with good organizational skills and time-management abilities • Good computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets and database software applications, specifically MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience in designing technical course content and ability to address training needs with complete courses • Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset
