Business purpose:
You will be responsible for leading our Team of 11 Customer Service Agents who handle indirect sales, returns and administrative tasks for both our Surgical and Vision Care Business Units.
Your main tasks will be to make sure your team is supported to deliver an industry leading professional customer service to our BTB customers. It is imperative that you have excellent leadership skills and experience when it comes to leading a team through change and motivate through example every day.

Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for building, developing and retaining an exceptional customer service team through inspirational management.
• Lead your team with integrity and high standards.
• Provide high levels of communication to ensure associates are informed and involved in companywide initiatives.
• One to one and team meetings to discuss daily operations and updates.
• Development conversations with team at mid-year and end of year.
• Individual development plans set up for team members and follow up with action plans
• Ensure cross-functional teamwork to encourage the identification of customer issues in order to resolve them to the complete satisfaction of the customer at the point of contact.
• Recruitment of new customer service representatives.
• Support our business through close collaboration with our leadership team on ongoing projects.

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

We are looking for someone with:
• 2-3 years of proven leadership experience within an international customer service environment.
• Fluent in at least one Nordic language and English (NOR, SWE, Dan all countries)
• Is ambitious and has the ability to demonstrate sound business decision-making based on fairness and consistency.
• Effectively and efficiently conveys clear, complete and focused information and the ability to interact with people at all levels of authority.
• Prioritizes tasks efficiently and productively, and manages time well.
• Has a logical and analytical approach to solving problems and generates workable solutions and resolves issues/challenging situations.
• Self-starter able to work independently and proactively on own initiative.
• Demonstrates a high degree of results orientation through drive, enthusiasm and commitment towards achieving results and fulfilling objectives.
• Ability to work under pressure.
