The NGSC Mexico is located in the biggest city in the country. The site is located 15 minutes away from Coyoacan, one of the oldest neighborhoods in Mexico, dating back to the XVI century, which has evolved into a cultural spot that gathers Mexican traditional and gourmet cuisine, arts and crafts, and history.

You will experience a mix of diverse people who have different interests and backgrounds.

POSITION PURPOSE

To develop, define and nationally implement core training strategy and programs for field force of disease areas, commercial and access team, First Line Managers and Second Line Managers as applicable team in the Country. The training strategy should reinforce goals and standards within existing teams and support the implementation of new programs, products and structures.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

To develop a national sales training strategy that supports a culture of continuous improvement and learning within Novartis.
• Design and develop the national training and development strategic and operational plans.
• To develop, negotiate and manage the sales training budget.
• To analyses and actively respond to internal/external benchmarks and diagnostics; to respond actively to customer, employee and performance feedback.
• To provide support to the achievement o f both Regional and national career structure planning.
• Working with relevant personnel and agencies, devise and develop the product launch training packages for the sales force.
•Implement successful learning programs to equip representatives with tools to launch products to Novartis standards.
•Participate in Activities related to pharmacovigilance system as appropriate, report of adverse events, patient-oriented management, implementation of Risk Management Plans and Pharmacovigilance training programs as applicable
•Cumplimiento total al Código de Conducta, Políticas Internas y Leyes Locales y todos los entrenamientos asignados
•Obtener calificaciones satisfactorias en auditorías, monitoreos y planes de remediación

CPO revenue, profitability and market share - Sales and other relevant customer facing targets - Delivery of strategically relevant learning programs - Operational efficiency; budget management and project delivery - Management of external service providers - Effective leadership of CPO learning resources

Desired profile

Requisitos mínimos

1st degree in relevant subject English Fluent - Several years’ experience as a sales representative followed by minimum 3 years in sales training role - Experience of delivering complex learning programs - Experience of developing and implementing learning strategy - Leadership of a learning organization - Working in a commercial, customer facing environment - Some experience of working in a customer facing role
