Sales flow management and hospital sales recognition operation • Support manager for commercial sales flow data management • Closely lead through monthly hospital sales recognition operation • Well coordinate with 3rd party resource and work with other related functions involved in the operation • Provide the sales collection status and other relevant information to re-lated functions involved in the sales flow and hospital sales recognition operation • Proactively participate in key project/initiatives in this area Compliance & Process Improvement § Support manager to develop solid process for ensuring the compli-ance and data accuracy in sales operation area § Proactively seek ways to enhance process efficiency § Document all the critical processes and files properly Others • Initiate and support relevant value-added initiatives • Support other ad-hoc assignment from direct manager "
