1. To ensure incoming & outgoing calls is to be answer, respond and to be transferred to right person and right department. 2. To meet internal customers requisition time in-order to ensure secrecy agreement is ready before the vendor’s request. 3. To manage, prepare and to submit all the documents to PTP-(ID Pass or Car Stickers) for all CVJ associates new hired or renewal purposes. 4. To check and verify billings of vendors & proceed with necessary documents, e.g. caterers, distilled water, photocopy charges, transport etc 5. To deal with local and domestic courier services every outgoing of courier services, to check and record in-manual log book and PC every invoices that’s we received is followed our requisition. 6. To record every daily mails and incoming courier letters in-log manual book, to select and distributed to the right person and right department. 7. Assist in managing pantry stock 8. 5S housekeeping management in all meeting rooms. 9. Assist all company Transport (company FTE staffs, visitors, etc) and Hotel booking arrangements. 10. To fully support any ad-hoc administrative task or projects especially “Safety To Felt” activities 11. Adherence to Novartis values and standards, observe and ensure full compliance with Novartis Code of Conducts.
