General Description
At this point Samsung is looking for a driven Post Sales Engineer who wants to be a part of a strong and exciting growth plan ahead! The positionwill be based at the Norwegian office in Oslo. The PSE will collaborate with CS Technical Engineer to support product and solution issues within Samsung Print business, for partners and in end customer environments. Job scope • Support CS technical engineer in daily operations • Identify and solve critical issues in end customer environments • Support presales in on site end-customer and partner pilot tests • Proactively manage and coordinate solution and technical feedback
