Who are we? The Sales Team drives the AT&T Account through a multi-faceted go-to-market approach using a balanced approach that includes data analysis and market sensing to provide insight to both forward and past looking business. The analysis is used to plan for sales strategies, execution and supply chain management. What will you do? The intern will be part of the AT&T Sales and Marketing team, and will drive sales promotions analysis and channel optimization through dashboard reporting. There will be a key focus on sales promotion effectiveness and channel optimization vs historical and expectations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Project Details: In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will: Manage data aggregation, analysis and sales reports for all channels, promotions, and macro-environmental factors at AT&T Will contribute in market sensing analysis and simulation forecast models, which may be used in sales and marketing strategies Intern will be creating insights, analysis, and new reports based on the research and ensure that the reporting systems are intact. In addition to working closely with other employees inside the Business Planning department, this position will also work with the Marketing Dept., and key members from the Sales Teams. Degree/Background/Experience Required: Graduate Student with undergrad actuary and MBA/Masters Actuary candidate Experience in variance and ROI analysis from quantitative and qualitative perspectives, segmentation analysis, channel, sales, pricing and sensitivity analysis. Candidate must have expert level of MS Excel, MS Access proficiency; prefer in depth experience with Tableau/other data modeling suites. Internship Eligibility Requirements: Must be enrolled in an accredited University Maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA Provide proper work authorization to University Relations Attend New Hire Orientation on first day
