The position involves teaching Lean concepts to the organization, facilitating improvements events, leading various organizational projects and may require some data mining/analysis and web application development. Key responsibilities include: - Working with engineering teams to improve business processes utilizing lean methods. - Performing data analysis and audits to identify areas for improvement opportunity. - Leading factory wide projects and improvement events utilizing lean concepts and techniques. - Perform benchmarking activities to obtain and implement best known methods. - Teaching lean manufacturing classes and mentoring employees on lean projects and initiatives. - Web application development in support of continuous improvement efforts - Must become lean certified through the internal certification process

Desired profile

Necessary Skills / Attributes
- Bachelors of Science in Engineering or related field is required. - Minimum 3 Years Semiconductor Fab Experience or 5 years in a technical production environment required. - Solid teamwork and communication skills required. - Good Knowledge of Manufacturing and Manufacturing Systems. - Working knowledge of 5S, TPM and Lean Manufacturing. - Previous classroom instruction experience. - Project Management and team facilitation skills. - SQL, JavaScript, ASP.NET programming experience a plus.
