Necessary Skills / Attributes
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: • Elicit, analyze and document requirements for technical solutions • Assist the product management team in refining business requirements • Design and perform complex analyses to determine resolutions that clarify and address operational and business concerns • Translate business requirements into technical/project deliverables • Consider multiple scenarios and potential outcomes for recommending actions based on analysis • Generate, analyze and review reports for and communicate with key stakeholders • Prepare and process data upon request • Conduct data-driven analysis for business processes • Generate and deliver technical presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences • Identify business opportunities and recommend creative solutions to complex problems Minimum qualifications: • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field or equivalent practical experience • Excellent professional, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable with engaging with technical and business stakeholders at all levels • Excellent conceptual, problem solving, and analytical skills • Proficient in SQL and database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redshift) • Experience of analyzing data and creating reports with spreadsheets and PowerPoint or other technologies • Experience of using data analytics to drive business outcomes • Basic programming skills with Python/Java Preferred qualifications: • MS or PhD degree in Engineering, MBA or related technical field • 3 years of experience in sales operations, strategy or marketing • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau)
