Job description
We are a UK based events company in the Luxury sector looking to recruit an Events Intern to help assist with Salon Privé, a classic and supercar event. This person would be principally involved in the event operations, logistics and marketing areas, working alongside the Event Planner and Marketing Executive. Candidates must have an excellent level of computer literacy, great communication skills and be self motivated with a "can-do" attitude. We are looking for someone that will go that extra mile and assist with building and growing this very successful boutique automotive event.
This role is office based Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm (days/hours may change) in Windsor, Berkshire.
Duties would include:
Dealing with customer enquiries, processing tickets over the phone
Communication with suppliers
Assisting with operational matters
Preparing letters, marketing material and other communication required for the delivery of the company services
Using and maintaining our customer database
The ideal candidate will:
Have excellent communication skills; a confident telephone manner
Be able to pick up new ways of working and problem solving
Be well presented and articulate
Have intermediate MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel, Gantt chart knowledge useful
