Job Title: Business Development Representative (Nordics)

Location : Dublin, Ireland
Our Dublin office is the European Hub for the Corporate Sales Organisation. We occupy a state-of-the-art building in Sandyford, only 20 minutes from the city centre and immediate proximity to the Green Luas Line which brings you straight to the heart of Dublin! Department Description:
For Business Development Representatives (BDRs), every new and existing account is a prospect for business. BDRs also collaborate closely with their Account Executive to build a pipeline across multiple product lines.

Role Description:
We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our Sales Development organisation as a Business Development Representative.

Your Impact:

·  Mastering Salesforce value proposition, vision and business benefits
·  Generating leads and opportunities through outbound, strategic & targeted prospecting into large companies
·  Strategic calling to leverage business from new and established relationships
·  Prospecting into both cold accounts as well as into new groups, divisions, etc. of existing customers
·  Achieving monthly quota of qualified opportunities
·  Be a trusted member of the core account team and help define the business approach for your specific region and deliver a joint strategy
·  Be on the forefront of evangelizing new Products/Clouds
·  Collaborating with Country Managers and Field sales teams
·  Pipeline Management
·  Continuous professional & personal development Basic Requirements:
·  Bachelor's or Master's Degree
·  Fluency in English + Norwegian/Swedish/Danish/Finnish
·  1-3 years experience in sales/business development background (ideally in the software industry) Preferred Requirements:
·  Strong track record of success in prospecting and hunting new business
·  Strong ability to identify & qualify opportunities in cold and existing accounts
·  Ability to conduct strategic, business-focussed conversations with C-level executives
·  Team player and ability to work in a high energy sales environment
·  Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
·  Highly motivated and ambitious - you want a career, not a job
·  Strong desire to work in sales & build a career in Salesforce
·  Valid working Visa for Ireland & eligible to Travel Visa for the US
