Associate Business Analyst - Sales Enablement
Salesforce is looking for an Associate Business Analyst with a background in Sales Enablement technology solutions and processes. The Associate Business Analyst will work within the Sales Enablement Technology Operations team, supporting our efforts to enable Salesforce employees in Sales and Customer Success (CSG) roles. Our ideal candidate enjoys working in dynamic, high-growth environments and enjoys managing complex projects with a varied set of stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

·  Perform all of the operational tasks required to support large scale enablement programs, including bulk loading and updating data, managing and maintaining lists of users, creating and updating reports and dashboards to track program progress.

·  Effectively collaborate and communicate with program and project leads to ensure tasks are identified and completed in a timely manner.

·  Work effectively with stakeholders from Enablement, Trailhead, and IT to identify, document, and prioritize requirements and dependencies for Sales Enablement projects.

·  Effectively manage stakeholder expectations.

·  Assess different approaches to determine the most efficient and effective ways to solve problems and meet requirements.

·  Leverage existing technology and solutions within our portfolio when possible and explore new technology options when necessary.

·  Ensure solutions promote simplification, improve the user experience for consumers, and increase efficiency for program managers/facilitators and content curators.

·  Support and manage cases related to enablement projects, processes, and systems.

·  Provide functional support and work successfully as a liaison with Enablement teams, IT, and other stakeholders.

·  Troubleshoot issues and demonstrate ability to drive to successful resolution.

·  Develop best practices, actively transfer knowledge throughout organization, and organize and lead knowledge sharing sessions.
Basic Requirements:

·  BS/BA Degree in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.

·  3+ years of technical support, business operations, and/or business analyst experience.

·  Experience with Agile development and implementation methodologies.

·  Experience with Salesforce data management, Data Loader and related tools, reporting, and dashboards.

·  Ability to work with large amounts of data and build and maintain meaningful business reports.

·  Proactive and forward-thinking attitude with creative problem solving ability.

·  Ability to quickly connect business requirements with the functional capabilities of applications.

·  Ability to communicate business system and process changes and promote new process adoption.

·  Highly motivated self-starter, able to shift directions quickly when priorities change, think through challenges to come up with innovative solutions, and deliver against tight deadlines.

·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with good listening skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.

·  Proactive and forward-thinking attitude with creative problem solving ability.

·  Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus.
Preferred Requirements:

·  Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Consultant, Developer)

·  Trailhead Badges (Admin, Developer, and Reporting Super Badge)

·  Experience with Salesforce configuration and custom app development

·  Familiarity with HTML

·  Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
