Position: Analyst, Email Marketing
Location: San Francisco

The Email Marketing team has an opening for an energetic Analyst candidate to join our ranks as part of the Salesforce Corporate Marketing team.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
·  Receive all inbound email marketing team requests, traffic manage and assign requests to the email marketing managers and publish email send calendar.
·  Review all email content submissions to verify content and images render correctly in the email templates. Report any render issues back to the email marketing managers. Work with client submitters to resolve any graphic or content issues.
·  Work with email marketing managers to take results of email A/B test data and formulate insights & recommendations against test hypothesis
·  Track and update email send metrics for sharing with Campaigns marketing managers
·  Analyze email results on a quarterly and annual basis to establish company email send benchmarks on a per cloud basis
Required Skills/Experience:
·  High energy with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment
·  Individual must be highly detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously and help to ensure deadlines are met.
·  Self-starter with strong organizational
·  Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
·  Advanced PC skills including Word, PowerPoint. Excel
·  Strong attention to detail along with solid verbal and written communication skills
·  Experience working with top-tier Email Service Provider (ESP) platforms (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Eloqua, CheetahMail, Responsys, etc.) a plus
·  Knowledge of HTML / CSS or familiarity with Photoshop for image cropping a plus.
·  Proficient in using Salesforce.com lead and campaigns objects
·  Extremely proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about success
·  Tech-savvy and ability to learn new concepts and software applications quickly
