We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with a passion for candidate care to drive our attraction strategy, engage talent and build a pipeline of candidates who are excited about Saint-Gobain’s mission.

This role is a member of the HR Team and supports hiring for professional level positions in North America.

The talent acquisition partner is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and programming, primarily for professional level, emerging leaders and early-career talent for site-specific and corporate/shared-service roles within Saint-Gobain Life Sciences, Composites and Mobility, including some management/oversight of talent programs/campaigns impacting/engaging Operations/Production (i.e. production).


This role owns and delivers the recruiting goals for internal customers by driving strategic programs, campaigns, services and talent branding initiatives to ensure Talent Engagement. 


This role you will also drive our recruitment strategy for North America and elevate our brand and value proposition.

Essential Functions

Business Partner: Partner with hiring managers and HR Partners to understand the hiring needs and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies for the company’s development programs and corporate functions.

Recruitment: Perform full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommending a qualified talent pool and selection.

Strategy: Partner with colleagues within the business and HR to drive, develop and execute site recruitment strategies & resources – for Operations, Early-Career & Mid-Level, Plus Talent Engagement (i.e. virtual & onsite fairs, sourcing partnerships, social networking campaigns, talent branding and promotions, etc.)

Recruitment Metrics: Build key performance metrics to monitor progress and report campus recruiting achievements and make adjustments for improvements.

·  Candidate Experience: Provide Best-in-Class candidate experience through communication, relationship building, and execution of the recruitment process.
·  Social Media / Marketing: Maximize sourcing channels, networks, social media, university relations, career fairs, etc.



·  A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing or equivalent is required.
·  A Masters Degree is preferred.

Work Experience

·  5+ years’ experience in full lifecycle recruiting, talent acquisition consulting & stakeholder management; preferably for both manufacturing and corporate functions. 10+ years’ experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
·  2+ years’ experience in university recruitment is preferred.

Practical/Technical Knowledge

·  Direct knowledge/experience of  implementing recruiting and talent acquisition strategies and practices.
·  Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
·  Recruiting experience using social media (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
·  Creative mindset for suggesting ideas that improve talent pool sources.
·  Ability to develop and communicate appropriate metrics, interpret trends, and adjust strategies as needed in response to change.
·  Customer focused, adaptable, has strong follow up and organizational skills.
·  Experience with employment practices and human resource policies and procedure.
