How you will utilise your expertise:  

As a R&D Project Coordinator you will lead cross functional project teams to deliver new product and system innovations, and reduction of cost. You will be based at our East Leake site in Nottinghamshire.


On a day to day basis, we expect you to; 

·  Define Projects to fit with business strategy through understanding the root of problem / customer requirements relative to products
·  Developing complex and scientific information into information which allows the business to make decisions
·  Make a significant contribution to capturing the knowledge of how and why our products and systems perform in the way they do
·  Contribute to the decision making process within the team and department as well as leading the decision making process within the projects allocated

To be suitable for the  R&D Project Coordinator role you will have: 

·  Experience within a similar project lead type role
·  Experience within a manufacturing or R&D type role
·  A Science degree or equivalent
·  Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with all levels of people
·  The ability to problem solve and have high attention to detail
·  The willingness to be a team player
