Job Description

Safran Aircraft Engines (SAE) is looking to recruit a VIE to support its industrial maintenance activities on high and low-pressure compressors for MFP (Moteurs de Forte Puissance) at the HES site in Xiamen (China). He/she will be the local representative of Safran Aircraft Engines and will be responsible for the following tasks:

· 
Establish first-level relations with HES's technical and industrial contacts as the local Safran Aircraft Engines representative, in order to ensure close program representation across the entire support scope (technical, industrial, supply-chain, quality).

· 
Monitor ongoing industrialization projects, ensuring that maturity milestones are met in accordance with schedules validated with HES,

· 
Set up management KPIs to identify any deviations and report weak signals,

· 
Respond to requests from HES, relying on the business teams of the WRS MFP platform, as well as on the SQY off-load engineering team,

· 
Prepare half-yearly performance meetings enabling MFP and HES program managers to share operational results and medium- and long-term strategic orientations for MFP activities.

Complementary Description

The candidate will report to the high-power program teams and hierarchically to the MFP support and service brand

Job Requirements

The candidate we are looking for will have a general engineering background and be keen to gain international experience in a context of increasing industrial activity on various SAE maintenance programs for MFP compressors.
