Job description
Design and develop tools, fixtures, and jigs according to production process requirements.
Validate and implement new tools, ensuring their functionality and compliance with safety standards.
Propose and lead improvements in tooling and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Perform failure analysis and implement corrective actions for tooling-related issues.
Collaborate with design, production, quality, and maintenance departments.
Document technical specifications and procedures for tool use and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Experience in validation, testing, and optimization of tools and fixtures.
Familiarity with quality and industrial safety standards.
