Job description
Responsibilities
• General Static stress analysis : Carry out hand stress analysis on various structural components:
• FE Analysis
• Fatigue Analysis: using both in house tools and commercial product nCode
• Use ABAQUS & Catia as well as other recognised FEA and fatigue software tools.
• Understand material in respect of stress analysis
• Understand material engineering properties
• Work to regulatory requirements
• Occasional travel may be required
• Creation of structural mechanics

Working knowledge of:
• FEA and fatigue software tools.
• Static hand calculations

Desirable knowledge:
• Abaqus
• Catia
• Landing Gear analysis experience
