Job description
Handling of goods receiving
Issuance of goods and spare parts internally to workshop for repair activity
Handling of shipments to customers
Liaise internally with sales department and workshop
Liaise externally with forwarders
Proper handling, sorting and archiving of all documents records, paperwork related to the store activities.
Observe and apply safety at the workplace standards (such as wearing PPE), work instruction and procedure.
Report any discrepancies, non-conformity to the store leader / supply chain manager.
Participate in implementation of project / adhoc requirements / investigations related to store activities.

Candidate skills & requirements
Desired profile
Minimum “O” level with 3 years experiences in store inventory control and shipping
Well-versed in inventory computerized systems, preferably SAP B1
Good keyboard and typing skills
Good communication skills in English
A team player
CAAS paper of L11 or L12 will be an added advantage
Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
Preferably with knowledge of the aviation industry
