Job description



Le stagiaire devra développer une solution innovante pour assurer une gestion de des outillages, tout en réglant les problèmes FODs et qualité de stockage.

Cahier des charges :

Identification de tous les outillages d'un atelier réparant du matériel de Navigation Terre/Air/Mer : Stands de tests, Tables 1 axe, Tables 2 axes, Pots vibrants, Câbles, Cartes Electroniques Outillage, Châssis outillage (Golden box), Outils, etc…….

Cette identification doit permettre : de connaitre l'emplacement physique des outillages dans l'atelier (cartographie temps réel & possibilité de créer des zones d'exclusions d'outillages dans l'atelier avec remonté d'alarme. La solution retenue ne doit pas perturber les activités dans l'atelier (Compatibilité électro magnétique), doit permettre d'avoir un état de l'outillage KO/OK sur l'outillage ou fichier de suivi, de connaitre son historique métrologie (Validité OK/NOK…), d'avoir un flashage de l'outillage utilisé dans un OS (Ordre de service), d'avoir la prise en compte de la démarche FOD.

La solution doit être robuste, et ce dans un moindre coût.
