Job description

Au sein du service de la Direction des Ressources Humaines de la société Safran Aircraft Engines, site industriel de GENNEVILLIERS de 1500 salariés , vous serez rattaché(e) à la Responsable des Relations Sociales et aurez pour missions principales :

·  - aider la direction de l'établissement dans la préparation des réunions avec les Institutions Représentatives du Personnel (CSE, CSSCT, Commissions égalité professionnelles, Commission économique et autres commissions spécifiques)

·  - faire des études et des analyses juridiques relatives à des demandes en relations sociales / droit du travail (individuel/ collectif)

·  - réalisation du bilan social et du bilan égalité professionnelle

·  - coordination des pratiques sociales sur le site au sein des différentes directions opérationnelles

·  - animation de réunions RH

·  - mener des dossiers transverses permettant d'adapter l'organisation du travail aux nouveaux besoins opérationnels

·  - informer et formaliser les évolutions juridiques pouvant avoir un impact pour le site en assurant une veille juridique en droit social

·  - réaliser des formalités administratives type avenant au contrat de travail.

Job requirements

Vous êtes titulaire/ préparez un Master 2 en droit social (ou préparez le concours d'avocat).
Vous êtes rigoureux(se), avez une bonne capacité rédactionnelle et relationnelle.
Vos compétences juridiques, votre pragmatisme et votre esprit d'analyse et de synthèse sont indispensables pour ce poste.
