Stage Création d'un Portail d'Outils commerciaux H/F

Description de l'offre

Le Front Office Commercial Support France de Safran Helicopter Engines gère de nombreux clients sur une large zone. Les équipes commerciales ainsi que les techniciens du Centre de Maintenance en charge doivent consulter un nombre important de logiciels/documents pour exercer leur activité dans de bonnes conditions.
Toutes ces informations sont disponibles aujourd'hui au sein d'un portail informatique à refondre et remettre au goût du jour.

Vos principales missions au cours de ce stage :
Mission 1: Définir le support
Activité 1: Etat des lieux du portail existant et recensement des informations / liens à afficher
Activité 2: Choix du support (Sharepoint, Excel, …..) le plus adapté (fonctionnalités envisagées)

Mission 2 : Réalisation du portail (Liens, infos, design)
Activité 1: Construction du portail
Activité 2: Choix de l'emplacement du stockage et diffusion

Mission 3 : Construction d'un support pour les mises à jour.

Compétences requises : Vous êtes rigoureux, appliqué et ouvert.
Logiciels informatiques utilisés : Suite Office, utilisation de Sharrepoint et tout logiciel permettant le partage d'informations.

Complementary description

Ce stage s'adresse particulièrement aux Etudiants préparant actuellement un diplôme Bac+2/+3 à dominante gestion de données, type DUT STID ou équivalent.
