The Shipping Clerk controls and tracks the shipment of all materials, supplies, and customer spare parts & equipment. Collaborates and communicates with other shipping clerks, customer service
representatives, and others involved in the shipment of products. Shipper also inspects outgoing aircraft parts and materials against customer-requested documentation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other
duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
 Inspects, packs, labels and weighs the materials for shipment attaching appropriate transport vendor and/or customs paperwork.
 Understands Electrostatic Discharge handling and shipping procedures.
 Understands Shelf and Service Life product dates.
 Understands and abides by Hazardous Material Shipping regulations must be hazmat certified.
 Schedule any pickup that is necessary, ie, Fedex, APS, LTC or AirFrieght
 Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
 Understands and complies with applicable domestic and international shipping restrictions.
 Available for after hours AOG duty as scheduled.
 Willingness to cross train in other functional areas as directed.
 Flexible with start/finish times as directed by Shipping Lead or Manager.

 Must be able to stand and/or sit for up to eight hours, set, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds on
