Job description
· Supports department and cross functional to achieve company Goal
2 Procure materials per MRP, review inventory, material, consumables & user requirement to process with new orders
3 Ensure that the material availability for the production plan
4 Leading daily monitor, communication with suppliers to get material on time and problems solving
5 Contribute to determine and ensure consistency of supply parameters with stock targets and industrial strategy
6 Manage inventory for specific components at suppliers or sub-contractors premises
7 Manage actions plan for implementation and follow up of Vendor Management Inventory
8 Leading and coordinate the construction and execution of action plan to reduce material lead time and other Purchasing key factors
9 To be leader to support of problems solving
10 Escalation for the critical items
11 Escalation the purchase master data and feedback to Sourcing to maintain the system to accurate with the actual.
12 Attends team to recognize company the new projects
13 Responsible for ERP Key user
14 Support Sourcing Team as needed to fulfil Tactical Sourcing Requirements
15 Support & drive continuous improvements of department processes
16 Follow strictly the company requirement (Safety, 5S+1, HR, Lean, AS9100)
Candidate skills & requirements
1 Completed education of not below Bachelor Degree
2 Minimum 3 years experience in Supply chain, Procurement, Sourcing, Planning, Logistic)
3 Software skills, ERP, MRP, MS office especially excel (Pivot Table, Charts,...)
4 Be capable of communicating with an English speaking
5 Be familiar with the content of suppliers' contracts Skills
6 Good communication skills (clearly and concisely)
7 Good in negotiation skill
8 Ability to work under pressure
9 Ability of Problem-solving and Decision-making
10 Analytical thinking and planning
11 Ability to prioritize work and to perform multiple tasks
12 Leading teamwork and cross-functional work experience
13 Be able to identify the right person to speak to
14 Escalate issues in a timely manner and at the right level
15 5S+1 experience is strong required
16 Lean manufacturing experience will be an advantage
17 Knowledge in AS9001/ISO9001/ISO14000 will be an advantage
