Job description
Customers include Operators, Airframer and MROs and leasing companies
RSE functionally reports to Product Support Engineering (PSE) Team Manager based in Velizy France and Operationally reports to Customer Support Centre (CSC) Manager based in Beijing
RSE establishes and maintains a direct link with Customers to manage Wheels and Brakes local support in close coordination with PSE teams based in France Velizy and CSC Support Teams based in Beijing
The RSE is required to manage Technical enquires meeting and sustaining Customer' satisfaction on Wheels and Brakes products (main) and other SAFRAN Landing Systems products when required.
The RSE is expected to visit Customers to carry out products investigation in short notice
The RSE will coordinate with PSE teams to assist in gathering reliability data from Customers and provide analyzed report to WB division
The RSE is responsible to identify marketing opportunities with regional Sales and Marketing teams
The RSE is expected to travel to visit Customers and shall plan and support PSE teams (and/or other relevant divisions), joints visits with Customers as required
The RSE shall plan and organize Technical Forum with Customers as required
RSE shall carry out CSC Technical Support roles in CSC Beijing
CSC Technical roles include support to Customer Support Manager (CSM) and Director (CSD), carry out Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) support function during weekends and public holidays on a rotation basis within the team, and carry out ad-hoc duties when required
Candidate skills & requirements
Possess good communication skill and proficient in English and Mandarin
Able to work efficiently in a team-based environment.
Proficient in using MS Office (Words, PowerPoint and Excel)
Must be willing to commit in performing AOG support function during weekends & public holidays. (Pay Allowance provided)
Able to travel for possible up to one month for Placement Programs in UK, Canada and France.
Able to work independently and has initiative to take on additional roles and projects
Fluent in French, Japanese, Korean is a plus
