Job description
• Support existing site-level Quality applications
• Assist in the timely completion of quality systems projects
• Interface between the Quality and IS departments on projects
• Work with functional users to define requirements for system automation
• Work with Business Analysts to ensure timely completion of tasks under IS domain
• Facilitate prototyping / User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions
• Deliver on-going training to ensure efficient and effective utilization of the projects
• Create and maintain documentation for Quality's information systems
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements
• Contribute to global improvement activities
• Facilitate the development and maintenance of an efficient global system

Candidate skills & requirements
• University degree or College diploma in business management or equivalent experience
• Business analysis experience in a manufacturing environment
• Technical writing experience creating comprehensive system requirements specification and system/process documentation
• Knowledge of SAP software, especially QM Module is an asset
• Must be a highly motivated, self-starter who works with minimal supervision and believes in the qualities of accuracy, efficiency, effectiveness and timeliness
• An engaging personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to convince, communicate, influence and support
• Rigor/attention to details/tenacity
• Training/change management skills
• Team work, interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a project team, leadership and coaching skills
