Job description

• Monitoring and evaluations of quality indicators (KPI) in order to drive improvements.

• LAI & FAI management

• Driving improvements relating to product and process through problem solving activities

• Performing internal product and process audits

• Reviewing new and updated procedures, work instructions, standards, etc..

• Methodically leading problem solving activities

• Preparation of 8D reports for customer

• Supporting, monitoring and evaluating Genba walks

• Managing problem solving training for LPS / SPS

• Control of the retraining process and evaluations of its effectiveness

• Creation of Quality standards

• Creation of Control plans

• Definition of measuring equipment

• Perform MSA, R&R studies

• Preparation of boundary samples

• Creation of consessions

• Support and evaluation of QRQC process

Candidate skills & requirements

• SŠ/VŠ technického směru

• Ideally 2 years experience as a Quality Engineer

• Knowledge of quality tools such as (8D, PDCA, 5Why, FMEA, FTA, ...)

• Knowledge of ISO AS 9100 nebo TS 16949

• Experience with internal and external audits

• English language

• Willingness to travel
