Job description

The Production Supervisor oversees day-to-day manufacturing operations within an aerospace production environment, ensuring that production schedules are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. This role is responsible for supervising production teams, managing workflow, resolving production issues, and continuously improving processes to support on-time delivery of high-quality aerospace components and assemblies.

Candidate skills & requirements

Education & Experience:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).

5+ years of experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
