Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist tool engineers in completing the following tasks:

o Monitor tool status (geometric condition) and update the database.

o Track tool AM/PM schedules.

o Identify and label tools.

• Participate in tool issue resolution, responsible for data tracking of tool testing and improvement requirement tasks.

• Handle basic tool issues on-site.

• Other duties.

任务及职责:

• 辅助工具工程师完成以下任务:

o 跟踪工具状态（几何状态）并更新数据库.

o 跟踪工具AM/PM计划.

o 识别并标识工具.

• 参与工具问题处理，负责工具测试和改善需求任务的数据跟踪.

• 现场的工具基本问题的处理.

• 其它任务.

Candidate skills & requirements

Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering or other related

本科及以上，专业方向为机加工和其他相关专业

Technical skills:

技术能力：

General knowledge related to machining process

基本的机加工知识

General GD&T knowledge

基本的尺寸链知识

Good 3D/2D skills for operating Catia & Solidworks etc.

熟练使用Catia和Solidworks等软件.

Other skills:

其他技能

Good at communication, good teamwork, quality and innovation spirit

善于沟通，团队精神，质量意识，创新意识

Good oral and written communication skills in English.

良好的英语口语和读写能力

Good at MS office use良好的office软件技能

Logical thinking and skilled on problem solving tool such as RPO, 8D, 5Why and fishbone

有良好的逻辑思维能力，有利用相关质量工具解决问题的经验最佳

Overall view and critical thinking
