Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is a subsidiary of Safran Aircraft Engines, based at Brussels Airport (Zaventem & Steenokkerzeel, Belgium), specialized in the inspection, maintenance and repair (MRO) of the advanced LEAP jet engines that power the latest generation of the Airbus A320NEO & Boeing B737MAX narrow body families. We're hiring an Operations Shift Manager to reinforce and support our Operations teams.

Your role:

• You are a natural leader, guiding and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to successfully deliver the production plan.

• You make things happen, turning weekly planning into a clear daily schedule and deploying the right people and resources to get the job done.

• As a coach and motivator, you ensure flawless execution, support your team's growth, and directly impact the success of our operations.

• In this role you report to the Operations Manager and Operations Director.

Candidate skills & requirements

Your profile:

• You are both a leader and a team player, able to inspire while collaborating with others.

• You bring expertise, holding a Bachelor or Master in Electromechanics with 3–5 years of relevant experience in an industrial environment.

• You have strong people management skills and the drive to take on new challenges with confidence.

• You are analytical and resilient, thriving under pressure and keeping a sharp focus on deadlines.

• You are communicative and fluent in Dutch, French and English.

• You are flexible, ready to work in shifts (Monday to Friday: 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm).
