Job description

· 
Strictly follow the work instructions for production and operation of machines

· 
Strictly follow the company's quality standards for production, authorised production, DA declaration, etc.

· 
Perform product quality inspection (size, appearance) to ensure that qualified products flow to the next process.

· 
Produce according to production schedule (standard time) to ensure production output.

· 
Certified to perform daily equipment self-check (AM).

· 
Adhere to the daily 5S cleaning and organisation

· 
Daily checking of inspection tools used in the work station

· 
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Candidate skills & requirements

· 
1-2 years experience in machining precision parts

· 
Experience with CNC lathes, milling machines or broaching machines preferred

· 
Ability to read drawings and understand basic dimensional tolerances.

· 
Ability to use general measuring instruments such as micrometers/percentage gauges.

· 
Knowledge of office software such as Excel, PPT, etc.

· 
Work conscientiously and follow the company's discipline

· 
Able to work three shifts, hard-working and proactive.

· 
Secondary school degree or above in machining

· 
Accept outstanding college graduates in machining
