In the role of Production Engineering Technician, you will help sustain the production floor operations for assembly of various aerospace components. You'll have the opportunity to learn, investigate, and use RCCA. This position contributes to our vision by:
• Unpackage components/parts and receive into the ERP.
• Check for proper documentation, general condition and packaging of parts upon receipt.
• Assign locations, package and label parts and place into proper locations.
• Pick parts and distribute to the correct WIP bin.
• Prepare shipment packing lists and package components for shipping to customer as well as parts to suppliers for routine outsourced work to be performed.
• Navigate Freight Carrier processing systems in compliance with customer shipping instructions.
• Ability to learn ERP System- Pentagon.
• Other tasks as assigned by the MRO Support Manager.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Able to keep focused on the task.
• Able to work with individuals/teams at all levels of the organization.
• Regular, predicatbale attendance is required.
• Drive 5S and HSE culture by improving and maintaining the cleanliness, safety and organization of the work area.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication.
• Must be able to lift 35lbs frequently without assitance.
• Must be able to reach repetitively.
• Willing to work in a shop floor or warehouse environment.
• Willing to work overtime if required.
• Must be able to stand during entire shift.
• Must be able to sit, stand, reach, squat, stoop, bend and kneel.
• Must be able to use a ladder.
• Must be able to accurately count (including very small parts).
• Must be able to obtain forklift certification.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Knowledge and experience in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• This position is not open to relocation. Only applicants in the Sarasota area (50 mile radius) will be considered.
