We're looking for a IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in West Henrietta ,NY.

Complementary Description
The Position:
In this role, you will provide technical support for all company employees (users). You will be responsible for keeping our business tools up-to-date and operating smoothly. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting end-user devices/software and setting up new hire IT equipment.
Job Requirements
The Day to Day:
• Managing the IT Help Desk system as requests are submitted by our end users.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and providing technical support to our end users both in person and remote connectivity solutions.
• Training new hires and existing employees on how to set up and use new technologies.
• Setting up, installing, configuring, and upgrading end-user devices (laptops, desktop PC's, mobile phones, software and operating systems).
• Maintaining and servicing printers, conference A/V and security badging system.
What you Bring to Safran:
• AS degree in applied computer technology or similar degree with 1-2 years in IT technical support with direct end-user support.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software to include but not limited to Windows 10/11, o365 administration (Teams, SharePoint, Endpoint manager, Exchange) Azure AD.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical end users.
• Ability to solve problems methodically with an aptitude to learn and quickly apply new skills.
• You are patient, resourceful and have a strong desire to help people.
• You demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
