Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• In this position, you support the Site Manager in all administrative and controlling activities for the Aerospace/Helicopters Business
• Project management and customer relationship management

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Student in Business Administration, Finance/Controlling, Engineering or equivalent
• Fluent English, German and French is a plus
• Project management knowledge
• Good experience of MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Candidate skills & requirements
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
• Implement purchase orders in SAP and invoicing based in delivery sheets
• Preparing project review slides and participate in project review meetings
• Engagement in active customer business management and support to clients (Ex. Participation in Projects Review Meetings)
• Support in quality management documentation (Ex. KPIs and QRQC management)
• Archiving project management & financial documents in Sharepoint
