Job description

• Acting as Industrial Controller and business partner supporting the UAP's/Business Units. Reporting on Cost of production, VEX, Site Overheads for monthly results, forecasting and budget processes.

Additional description
• Finance lead for one of the 3 Business Units
• Cost Control of Overheads & General Expenses for selected cost centres – monthly reviews with Budget holders
• Cost of Production Reporting – by business unit and Total Site
• Delivery of Month end in 2.5 days
• Budgeting, Forecasting and Variance analysis
• Monthly KPI reporting
• Risks and opportunities assessment
• Supporting programme controllers with their monthly and annual reporting packs – Value Added, hourly rate, CCP & VEX
• Supporting the programme team in the delivery of the RIP
• Annual Costing & weekly material validation – standard setting
• Audit support – internal and external
• Supporting the MRP2 Class A journey
• Project work
• Contributing to Continuous improvement and development
• Ad hoc requirements
• Group Reporting - Connection with French Counter parts

Candidate skills & requirements

Candidate skills & requirements
• Budgeting/Forecasting & Variance analysis is essential
• Experience working as a Finance Business Partner would be beneficial
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint ability is essential to this role
• SAP experience is Desirable
• Minimum part CIMA qualified or equivalent
• Experience of leading change or process improvements is desired
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Effective time management to meet deadlines
• Ability to remain calm and focussed under pressure
• Attention to detail to deliver required standard of quality
• French speaking ability is beneficial but not essential
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Self-Starter & Team Player
