Job description
We are looking for a Payroll Officer to process and manage the payroll of the Safran Nacelles Hamburg site (around 60 people). (short term contract)
Your main responsibilities will be :
• Gather informations on hours worked for each employee (based on employee attendance and timesheet records)
• Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.
• Keep track of hour rates, wages, new hire information etc.
• Prepare an accurate reporting to forward the datas to the firm that provides the payslips
• Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records

you have a relevant experience in a similar position
You are rigorous and can be trusted with sensitive information.
You are able to use a payroll software with accuracy and efficiency.
You also have great communication skills to interact with employees, colleagues and executives.
You have a very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
You have a solid understanding of payroll best practices
