Job description

Summary/Objective
Provide HR administrative support to the HR core competencies including HRBP, Payroll, Benefits and HRIS.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• Support HR leaders and HRBPs in a day to day capacity.
• Compile and prepare routine reports/documents.
• Plan, organize and directs HR off-site meetings and company events.
• Organizes and manages common HR shared drives and records.
• Collect and compile monthly HR metrics/budget for HR leaders.
• Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absences.
• Support the on-boarding and off-boarding process.
• Responsible for employee badging for new hires.
• Manage HR financial reporting, invoice management and billing to affiliates.
• Responsible for organization and management of HR employee files.
• Maintains and updates key documents related to the HR North America corporate organization (organizational charts and HR employee lists).
• Manages and provides oversight of legal HR posting requirements.
• Manages HR vacation calendar.
• Updates internal HR corporate site (Insite).
• Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues, action items, and concerns that may be sensitive or confidential in nature.

Candidate skills & requirements

Competencies

• Administrative background preferably working in a HR department.
• Intermediate level in Microsoft applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
• Preferred Spanish and/or French speaking oral and in written form.

Required Education and Experience

• Associates degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years administrative experience or college graduate.
