Job description

· 
Ensure that the Group's HSE reference system is implemented and coordinate the action plans needed to achieve company objectives

· 
Advise and assist the operational departments at the sites on implementation of the HSE reference system and objectives.

· 
Monitor applicable legal and local rules and guidelines (including regulations, registers, inspections, and statutory checks) and ensure timely coordination for compliance.

· 
Participate in risk assessments, recommend mitigation measures, and track their implementation.

· 
Validate operational requirements, including the adequacy and suitability of PPE.

· 
Coordinate with contractors and other staff to implement HSE standards.

· 
Schedule and conduct periodic HSE Trainings as per the TNI

· 
Maintain documentation in connection with the HSE management system

· 
Preparing HSE procedures in line with the Safran group manual and Indian standards

Candidate skills & requirements

· 
B.Tech (Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical) with 5+ years of industrial experience of which at least 3 years in HSE management.

· 
Experience in risk assessment and preparing mitigation plans

· 
Ability to conduct the interpret the requirements and prepare Procedures & SOPs

· 
Open-minded, ability to communicate with others, lead and share experiences and impart trainings on HSE topics

· 
Ability to work as part of a team
