Job description
1.0 Summary of Job Purpose:
To update and maintain the company's proprietary fleet tracking database (SAP Business One – The Nomad Tool).
2.0 Essential Duties and Responsibilities/ Scopes and Accountabilities:
• Update and maintain fleet tracking database (SAP Business One).
• Achieve a high refresh rate of data and guarantee the quality standards are met.
• Work with various departments within Safran Helicopter Engines to solicit consistent updates of information.
• Formalize, document and improve fleet data collection related processes. Set-up and implement fleet data reporting initiatives from field personnel.
• Use discretion and available resources to resolve discrepancies in data that may arise.
• Coordinate efforts with counterparts in Canada and Corporate HQ in France.

4.0 Required Competencies; Education / Knowledge / Skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge of Safran Helicopter Engines products and engine structure
• Knowledge of SAP preferred
• Able to work independently
• Detail oriented, with strong analytical capabilities
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook or equivalent software
5.0 Physical Requirements:
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
