Job description

Prepare Fixtures and fixtures based on production needs, ensuring availability on schedule.

Inspect and maintain Fixture to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Coordinate with machinists to support production activities and Fixture changeovers.

Maintain Fixture inventory and manage Fixture records with Periodic Maintenance schedule .

Procurement of Fixture, shop consumable (deburring, PPE, General material)

Knowledge in cutting Tool selection, work holding device & fixture selection

Planning of monthly consumable Fixtures

Trouble shooting in SHOP FLOOR Fixture Related issues

Machine shop technical training representative (Cutting Tools selection for rework, Work holding device training)

Candidate skills & requirements

Diploma / ITI/NTTF with 3~5 years of Experience

Good Knowledge on cutting Fixtures and consumables

Good understanding of production procedures and best practices.

Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and handbooks.

Basic Machining Knowledge

Basic Knowledge on procurement of cutting Fixtures and consumables.

Maintain sufficient stock and time to time monitoring.

3-Axis/Turing Machining Operation Knowledge
