Job description

Creation of regular and ad-hoc data outputs

• Data analysis, pattern identification, report creation and data visualization, programming of interactive visualizations and dashboards

• Data transformation and integration of data from multiple sources

• Develop, build, test, and maintain data infrastructure

• Identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality

• Design conceptual and logical data flows and automated processes to support analytics

• Database and data quality management, and the ability to consolidate collected materials into a unified whole

• Evaluation and analysis of data for company management

• Analysis of production results and explanation of deviations

• Collaboration on the preparation of the MTP and inventory budget

• Close cooperation with production management

Candidate skills & requirements

• Experience in data processing

• Knowledge of SQL and database systems (Power BI)

• Knowledge of advanced Excel functions

• English language proficiency

• Experience in production controlling is an advantage

• Analytical thinking and experience with data analysis

• Team player with the ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making

• Very good communication, organizational, coordination, and presentation skills

• Proactive approach and independence – ability to propose solutions

• Critical and active thinking with attention to detail, results orientation, and thoroughness

• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a changing environment

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Drive for continuous improvement

• Analytical skills – ability to understand business context and create KPIs based on business needs
