Contrat Apprentissage Assistant(e) de Manager H/F

Job description

1ère année :

·  - découvrir son environnement : interface avec avionneurs, nacellistes,
·  - se situer dans l'organisation et dans les processus,
·  - mettre à jour la liste du personnel,
·  - suivre les évolutions des organigrammes et trombinoscope,
·  - assurer le suivi des congés annuels,
·  - tenir à jour un agenda,
·  - gérer les achats de fournitures,
·  - organiser les déplacements,
·  - organiser le sharepoint

2ème année :

·  - assurer la logistique d'un évènement,
·  - fournir une assistance à l'utilisation des technologies de l'information et de la communication,
·  - mettre à jour un tableau de bord,
·  - gestion des locaux de l'antenne : parc téléphonique, informatique, accès locaux
