Job Description
Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the company's customs compliance, being in constant monitoring of the dynamism of the Mexican customs regulations as well as the identification of new risks that arise with this seeking and safeguarding these through an effective adaptation to new legislation and in general the real needs of the company at all times. Likewise, he is in charge of demanding and forming procedures as effective as possible to ensure compliance with trade regulations, international treaties, decrees, rules, laws and regulations applicable to foreign trade based on the analysis and solution of operational problems in a multidisciplinary environment.

Follow up material, customer, supplier and consumable catalogs in Annex 24.
·
Ensure that import and export transactions are uploaded to Annex 24 correct and complete.
Complementary Description
·
Make corrections of discrepancies arising from the validation of Annex 24 Vs Data Stage.
·
Integration of files, management and review of value-added tax and other rectification operations.
·
Preparation and management of Bill of Materials (BOM).
·
Follow-up of KPI´s
·
Presentation of documentation for waste (scrap) and its treatment as returns, donations, periodic mutilations.
·
Support in feeding the database of foreign trade fixed assets and their labeling.
·
Study, analysis and investigation of consultations in foreign trade and any other legal field.
·
Provide information to the corresponding areas to carry out necessary reports.
·
Perform the activities described in the team officer's schedule in a timely manner.
·
Support for audits (response to requests, home visits, desk reviews, letters of invitation) by the audit authorities.
·
Carry out the integration of the physical (RAM) and electronic foreign trade file as well as the annual purging of the RAM.
·
Requesting, reviewing and sending value manifestations and spreadsheets as well as managing them for archiving.
·
Preparation of the report of pedimentos paid with PECE account.
·
Management of software for the administration of inventories of annex 24.
·
Concentration of data stage and loading of the same in annex 24 software and electronic file system.
·
Generation of Annex 30 discharge reports in the Sistema de Control de Cuentas de Créditos y Garantías (SCCCyG)
