Desired profile

The two year Business Support programme will provide you with the opportunity to master both technical and leadership skills. The scheme involves various placements each lasting between three and six months inside of the UK at our various Safran Sites. This should allow you the opportunity to decide if you want a career focussing on the technical or managerial elements of business support.

This programme will expose you to various aspects of the organisation support functions gaining an understanding into each area that contributes towards our customers' journey and the ongoing growth of the company, including managing projects, planning, costings, regulatory requirements, modifying and optimising current processes and continuous improvement that deliver a high quality and cost effective service to our customers. This role will suit Graduates who are innovative, enjoy problem solving, enjoy interacting with a range of people and are keen to make a difference within an aerospace organisation.

Travel specifictity

UK and international travel may be required.
