What will I be doing?

We're looking for a motivated, ambitious Business & Projects Engagement Coordinator to join our Information Services department.

Reporting to the Business & Project Engagement Manager, the Business & Project Engagement Coordinator will support local and global projects, change management and business engagement processes.

Your support will include:

• Ensuring business requirements are captured and that all project plans and project documentation is completed and up-to-date
• Providing regular project status updates, and helping acquire the necessary resources and skills to contribute to the delivery of business systems
• Supporting governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of project deliverables
• Managing project level Lessons Learned repository; attend Post Project Review meetings to identify key areas of improvement to be captured into the Lessons Learnt repository
• Liaising with staff in other PMOs so that standards are implemented consistently across SLS / Safran
• Implementing the change control process across all projects and portfolios
• Monitoring projects against time, budget and delivery requirements and reporting on progress of the project to the project board and all stakeholders

What do you need from me?

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the capability to influence and challenge peers & leadership - you will be working with multiple teams and stakeholders so the ability to engage effectively at all levels is a must
• Resilience – this role will be challenging at times so we are looking for somebody who can confidently manage ambiguity and complexity
• The ability to negotiate – you will have to manage internal and external organisations so experience in balancing requirements and expectations will be essential

Additionally, it would be great if you have:

• A relevant qualification – ITIL, Project Management or similar
• Advanced Microsoft office skills – PowerPoint, Excel & Word
• Existing project management experience
• Aerospace experience
• PowerBI experience
• Knowledge of French language
