Job description

Implement changes into production, coordinating Stock & WIP to work with the Production Program Manager (PPM) to establish in sequence rank
- Manage reworking / scrapping of parts and recommend safety stock levels
- Release work orders from planner release workbench & create shop packet (traveler & drawing)
- Management of work order shortages (over/under issues)
- Review and action MRP reschedules / action work order aging report / split work orders as required
- Run and maintain ALOB (Assembly Line of Balance) for a minimum of 3 months visibility on a weekly basis
- Follow up on production shortages for next 4 AC from ALOB, both purchased and manufactured.
- Prioritize receiving inspection & Expedite parts outside of MRP as required (in-load parts)
- Follow-up on NCR's impacting delivery & raise rework orders as required / elevate to leadership when delayed
- Populate visual display board (inspection/shipping) / Run daily start of shift meetings,
- Populate Main Stores dispatch report
- Prepare for Weekly Planning meeting / Communicate to leadership delivery status and overtime needs
- Customer Service transfers / borrow parts from Customer Service (not purchased parts)
- Requisition LRU's to shipping and provide shipping information
- Manage Production Line Returns (create traveler/schedule work)

Candidate skills & requirements

Desired profile

• College Diploma/University Business Degree
• CAPICS certification and 3 years of related experience
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings
• Superior communication skills
• Experience with SAP is a must
