Job description



Au sein du service Lean & progrès de la Direction industrielle, le(a) apprenti aura pour missions :

·  - Aider à l'amélioration du pilotage de l'activité amélioration continue de la direction industrielle et supply chain
·  - Participer puis mener des projets d'amélioration de la performance industrielle au sein de nos sites France
·  - Effectuer des reporting sur l'activité de l'équipe progrès et proposer / mener des amélioration de nos processus de travail
·  - Se former au technique aéronautique au vue de contribuer à l'émergence de nouvelles solutions de progrès
·  - Se former aux outils de la transformation numérique de la société
·  - Aider à intégrer la transformation numérique au sein de l'équipe, piloter des ateliers et assurer des formations
·  - Participer à une mise en place robustesse du pilotage du processus MFG en relation avec le Directeur Lean et progrès BPM MFG
·  - Assure la continuité du plan de communication de notre direction
