Medical Representative - Dermatology

Job description

An interesting opportunity to join our client's team at a global provider of integrated human resource solutions, specialising in recruitment, hiring, outsourcing, and consultancy services. We are looking for a Medical Representative - Dermatology to join this organisation.

Responsibilities

• Promoting the company's portfolio products to doctors, pharmacies, and other medical professionals
• Conducting medical visits according to the activity plan and established objectives
• Presenting information about products accurately, ethically, and professionally, in accordance with marketing strategies and current regulations
• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients in the assigned area
• Implementing sales and marketing strategies at the territory level
• Monitoring the market, competition, and identifying development opportunities
• Participating in congresses, symposiums, conferences, and other medical events
• Periodically reporting on activities, results, and market feedback to management
• Efficiently managing the customer database and constantly updating information
• Complying with internal procedures, the code of ethics, and specific legislation in the pharmaceutical industry

Requirements

• Completed higher education (preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, biology, chemistry or similar fields)
• Previous experience in the position of Medical Representative in dermatology
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Results-oriented and achievement of sales objectives
• Ability to organize and plan activities in the field
• PC operating knowledge (MS Office, CRM)
• Category B driving license and availability for travel
• Integrity, professionalism and adherence to ethical standards
• Ability to adapt and continuous learning
• Resilience to stress and effective time management

Studii superioare finalizate în domeniul medical, farmaceutic, biologie, chimie sau similar. Experiență ca Reprezentant Medical în dermatologie. Abilități excelente de comunicare, negociere și prezentare. Orientare către rezultate și atingerea obiectivelor de vânzări. Capacitate de organizare și planificare a activității în teritoriu. Cunoștințe de operare PC (MS Office, CRM). Permis de conducere categoria B și disponibilitate pentru deplasări. Integritate, profesionalism și respectarea normelor etice. Capacitate de adaptare și învățare continuă. Rezistență la stres și gestionarea eficientă a timpului.
